At Halo Essentials Studio, every appointment is intentionally curated to provide elevated care in a calm, professional, and welcoming judgment free environment. PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING ALL REQUIRED FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms. ⸻ APPOINTMENT & CARD ON FILE POLICY A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Cards are not charged at the time of booking unless a policy violation occurs, including late cancellations, no shows, outstanding balances, or late arrival cancellations. Declined or invalid payment methods may result in restricted future booking privileges. Appointment confirmations and reminders are automatically sent via text and/or email using the contact information provided during booking. Clients are responsible for monitoring appointment notifications and maintaining updated contact information. ⸻ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible service experience. • A 10 minute grace period is provided • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in shortened services or appointment cancellation • Late cancellations due to arrival time are charged 100% of the scheduled service price • Appointments cannot be extended due to late arrival If you are running behind, communication is appreciated and encouraged. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment are charged 100% of the scheduled service price • Same day cancellations, no call no shows, or failure to arrive are charged 100% of the scheduled service price • Appointments booked less than 36 hours in advance remain subject to this policy All cancellation fees are automatically enforced through the booking system. Repeated cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or repeated no shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges. ⸻ REBOOKING POLICY Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before another appointment may be scheduled. To maintain consistent results, guests are encouraged to pre book future appointments prior to leaving the studio. ⸻ GUEST POLICY To maintain a calm, relaxing, and professional environment, only guests receiving services are permitted in the treatment room unless previously approved. Children and additional guests must remain supervised at all times. ⸻ PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept: • Cash • Tap to pay • All major credit and debit cards • Afterpay • Klarna • Affirm ⸻ REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of personal care services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for services rendered, completed treatments, retail products, deposits, or missed appointments. ⸻ WAXING APPOINTMENTS For best results: • Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice before waxing appointments • Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol prior to appointments, as this may increase skin sensitivity • Retinol, exfoliants, AHAs, BHAs, and active skincare products should be discontinued at least 48 hours prior to facial waxing services • Guests experiencing open wounds, contagious skin conditions, severe irritation, active infections, or excessive sunburn may be asked to reschedule for safety purposes ⸻ FACIAL APPOINTMENTS • Facial appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 36 hours notice • Additional reschedules may require a new deposit or booking approval • Please arrive makeup free when possible to maximize treatment time and results • Retinol, exfoliants, AHAs, BHAs, and active skincare products should be discontinued at least 48 hours prior to appointments ⸻ SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Client satisfaction is important at Halo Essentials Studio. If you experience concerns regarding your service, please contact the studio within 24 hours of your appointment. Service adjustments are considered on a case by case basis and must follow recommended aftercare instructions. Refunds are not issued for completed services. ⸻ SAME DAY & AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS Same day, squeeze in, or after hours appointments may be accommodated upon request and are subject to an additional convenience fee. ⸻ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Halo Essentials Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any guest due to safety concerns, hygiene issues, inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or repeated policy violations.
