CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest, please review our studio policies before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Adjustments made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. Grace Period & Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, a $10 late fee will apply. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past your appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged 50% of the service. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all services $70 or more. This will be applied to your final balance at checkout. Payment Options We accept cash, tap-to-pay, all major cards, and Zelle for your convenience. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Facial Appointments Facials may be rescheduled once. If your reschedule is more than two days out, a new deposit will be required. Please arrive makeup-free and discontinue use of AHAs, BHAs, or retinol 48 hours prior to your appointment for best results. Declined Payments Multiple card declines will result in a temporary hold on future bookings until any outstanding balance or no-show fee is paid in full.
